eGardenGo "Rent Party" Recap & Thanks! |
Hi Gardeners,
Thank you to everyone who was able to visit my garden last Saturday! The first eGardenGo Garden Rent Party was a resounding success. It was wonderful to chat with so many of you, share my passion for plants, and get your feedback.
Many of you expressed interest in visiting again later in the season, and I’m planning a redux for early summer when the garden is at peak bloom. I’ll announce the date soon, so stay tuned!
I'm so grateful for your generous contributions. Your support will help offset the significant monthly and periodic expenses required to keep eGardenGo healthy, growing, and secure. It’s a labor of love to build this resource, and your contributions are vital to keep it running.
For those who weren't able to make it in person, I've created a YouTube video tour of my back garden as it looked that day (link below).
Even if you couldn’t join us in person, your support is invaluable to keeping eGardenGo a valuable resource for gardeners. If you’d like to contribute to the ongoing costs of maintaining the website, you can make a one-time donation or sign up for an ongoing monthly membership. You can make a contribution here.
Thank you again for your support!

Plant and Combo Highlights
|
Spring is a truly joyous time in the garden—so many plants are bursting with new growth and beautiful foliage. My garden is looking fabulous right now, and I wanted to share a few highlights from my garden today:

The standout star of this plant combination is the ‘Forever Red’ heuchera (in the foreground), which features strong color echoes. In the mid-background, you can see the fern mentioned below.

Iris ‘Outspoken,’ one of the frequently asked-about flowers last Saturday, has fleeting blooms but the combo still looks good even after they've faded, thank to the attractive groundcovers.

Run, don’t walk, to your favorite neighborhood nursery that stocks plants from Little Prince, a wholesale grower. Doodia Media, a longtime favorite fern, is finally available for purchase in the Portland area. The fern is shown above, backlit and in combination with Heucherella.
