It's been a few weeks since the last full garden tour—long enough for the garden to shift significantly. The martagon lilies are at their peak, the three Stewartias I grow are opening in sequence, and Clematis are blooming through almost every structure. This is the kind of tour where something new catches my eye every few steps. In the video, I cover the full circuit: back garden, south side yard, north side, front slope, parking strip, and a walk down to the neighbor's garden at the end. Many plants are identified on screen throughout.

Since the garden has hundreds and hundreds of plants, I can't stop at every one—but we walk through together and see what we see. A few get more attention than a quick pass this time around: Cotinus 'Grace' and a pruning experiment I'm trying this season, Stewartia pseudocamellia coming into bloom and starting to come over the patio in a significant way, and a rhododendron at the front entry that I thought I was going to pull out—and then wasn't sure. That's gardening.
