A Pause on the Path Forward to Give Thanks
I’m so very thankful to you, the loyal fans, followers and users of eGardenGo. With your support we've been able to introduce a garden-making tool that helps gardeners of all levels unlock the secrets of making successful planting combinations. Your support in this endeavor has meant a great deal to me personally, and for that I am sincerely thankful. The feedback we've received has been invaluable in helping us to set a course to improve the site — in fact we’re currently evaluating a number of different pathways to do that. I look forward to sharing more about that in the coming days.

In the meantime, I believe our world could use a bit more beauty at the moment, and in that spirit, I offer up some of my top plant picks for fall and winter.
Molinia caerulea ssp. caerulea 'Moorflamme'
Strong Finish
Aging gracefully, purple moor grass (Molinia caerulea ssp. caerulea 'Moorflamme') and many other ornamental grasses hit their stride late in the year and finish strong.
Abelia 'Kaleidoscope'
Fantastic Foliage
Cheery yellow foliage of Abelia 'Kaleidoscope' adds a bright note to gray days. This evergreen shrub is great for adding all-season structure to mixed beds and makes a fine addition to winter containers.
Stewartia monadelpha - Orangebark Stewartia
Beautiful Bark & Stems
Va va voom! Darcy loving up a mature specimen of Stewartia monadelpha during a recent visit to the Washington Park Arboretum in Seattle.
These are just a small sampling to pique your interest — browse the eGardenGo site for other all-season plants to love and get ideas of how to add them to your garden.
Until next time, enjoy your garden!
