The front garden is a riot of color: zippy orange Rosa Oso Easy Hot Paprika; fresh foliage of Berberis 'Orange Rocket' at its most vibrant; and Allium 'Globemaster', Nepeta, and Verbascum round out the perennial punch. |
Hi GardenersβHappy Spring to You! |
I hope you've been enjoying the bountiful beauty of spring wherever you garden. I sure have! It's been a busy time in the garden, keeping up with tasks of the season. Before long, we'll be rolling into summer. In the meantime, we've been finding plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sunny afternoons as they come along, soaking up the rays with an evening beverage in our front garden.
In between all that, I've published three new videos to my YouTube channel since my last email to you. I tell you a bit more about each of them below. |

Plant Combo Breakdown
Many YouTube subscribers have requested a more detailed review of smaller sections of my garden where I identify each of the plants and share more about my reasons for including them, along with my thoughts about my design process. I've tried to do that in this video. |

As a reminder, if you haven't subscribed to my YouTube channel and opted into notifications there, I highly recommend doing so. I'm re-engaging with making videos and anticipate doing so more frequently in the coming weeks and months.
Several years ago, I published a four-part garden makeover series in which I talked about the garden-making process with my immediate neighbor to the south. Now, four-plus years later, I'm making a fifth installment, and I hope to be able to share that soon. Until then, you can catch up on the series here, while I put the finishing touches on the newest segment. |
